TelaDoc, Inc. is a Delaware corporation that administers services for TelaDoc Physician Association (PA). TelaDoc, Inc. is not licensed to practice medicine and must contract with one or more professional associations and/or licensed physicians to provide telephonic visits to members.
TelaDoc PA is a Texas professional association employing or otherwise contracting with one or more physicians licensed to practice medicine. TelaDoc PA purchases administrative services from TelaDoc, Inc. to assist with the operational and administrative functions related to the provision of physician telephonic visits to members.
