Company Structure
TelaDoc is comprised of separate entities, TelaDoc, Inc.
and TelaDoc Physician Association (PA).
- TelaDoc, Inc. is a Texas corporation that performs several tasks as a business associate of the TelaDoc Physician Association (PA). TelaDoc, Inc. is not licensed to practice medicine and must contract with one or more professional associations and/or licensed physicians to provide cross coverage services to members.
- TelaDoc PA is a professional association employing or otherwise contracting with one or more physicians licensed to practice medicine.
- TelaDoc PA purchases administrative services from TelaDoc, Inc. to assist with the operative and administrative functions related to the provision of cross coverage services to members.
