The TelaDoc membership service provides access to a network of licensed, primary care physicians who diagnose individual medical problems, recommend treatment and prescribe medication (when appropriate) over the telephone 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Because an estimated 70–75% of all primary care medical cases can be diagnosed over the telephone, TelaDoc has created a more cost effective and more convenient way to access quality medical care.

With TelaDoc you can:

Establish a differentiator for your association. TelaDoc is neither an insurance plan nor an advice line. It is real access to non-emergency medical care, so it is available at all times. It is also a qualified expense for HSA, FSA and HRA accounts.

Boost member recruitment and retention by offering a value-added benefit for members. Medical consult fees are comparable to co-pays and far less expensive than the cost of a PCP visit, an urgent care facility or an ER visit. Membership is affordable and offers flexible billing with a discount for paying annually. Membership is affordable and English and Spanish language services are available.

Provide members with Free Electronic Health Record. Members can update and print personal Health Record at any time.

Serve members living in rural areas and those who travel frequently. Those in rural areas will have access to non-emergency care without driving long distances. Members who travel frequently can speak to a doctor from a hotel, meeting, or cell phone.

*International Policy – Members with residences in the United States may call TelaDoc when traveling abroad only if they can be contacted at a U.S. number (i.e., cell phone with American phone number). TelaDoc physicians will not be able to call international numbers. The physicians will be able to offer advice but cannot prescribe medications for members traveling outside the United States.
