    A board-certified physician licensed in the member’s state reviews their Electronic Health Record (EHR), contacts the member, listens to their concerns and asks questions. It’s just like an in-person consultation.

  3. Step 3

    Physician recommends the right treatment

    The physician recommends the right treatment for the member’s medical issue. If a prescription is necessary, it’s phoned into the member’s pharmacy of choice.
