What types of notifications will I receive for my visit?

When requesting a visit, you have the option to receive text and email notifications, as well as push notifications* when using the Teladoc app. Notifications vary based on the service and device being used. You will always receive notification when:

  • Your visit request is confirmed
  • The provider is reviewing your medical history (the provider generally reviews your medical history 5-10 minutes prior to the start of your visit)
  • The provider is ready to see you

*Please enable push notifications through your mobile device settings in order to receive the above notifications from the Teladoc app.
