To see which Teladoc services you have, please refer to a welcome letter you received in the mail, speak with your benefits manager or set up your account. If you aren’t eligible for Teladoc through insurance, you can still access select Teladoc services at a flat rate per visit. These services include General Medical, Dermatology, Mental Health, Nutrition, and Back and Joint Care. Set up your account now to see the visit fees for each service.
The cost of a Teladoc visit varies depending on the type of care you are requesting and your health plan design. General Medical visits can be as low as $0 per visit with insurance. Please set up your account, refer to your welcome letter or check with your benefits manager to see which services are available to you and how much they cost. Prices vary if you access Teladoc outside of your benefits plan or insurance coverage. General Medical visits are $75 per visit.
